Position: Psychiatrist/Psychiatric ARNP with Rx authority

Duties:
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: the ability and desire to deliver comprehensive, ethical, high quality outpatient psychiatry services; solid problem-solving and managerial skills effective in both individual and group situations; the ability to plan business strategy and expediently shift direction as market conditions dictate; the ability to network successfully with external providers and sales associates; the ability to make decisions based on industry trends and regulatory landscape; and a decisive goal oriented style promoting and maintaining healthcare and company relations.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Psychiatrist/Psychiatric ARNP/CNS
- Advance degree in business or public health or comparable experience is helpful
- 3-5 years clinical post-board clinical experience
- Current Washington State medical/ARNP license without encumbrances
- Complete independent Rx authority
- Must have a strong desire to provide comprehensive outpatient mental healthcare services Must be able to connect with patients and develop care plans that meet their needs
